I had my second therapy session today and was tasked with bringing in my "goals" list (which you can find in my blog) and we wound up focusing a lot on one in particular. Strap in, this is a long one.
Yes, it's actually me in the photos for a change! I have spoken very lightly about something I have been dubbing "Project: ADHD" and I am finally ready to talk a bit more about it.
One of the biggest struggles that I am facing in my life right now, is letting go of the past and moving on. It's definitely not an easy thing to do for anyone, but when your failures outweigh your successes it's a long road.

My first therapy session is fast approaching, I have three days before my session. I got some advice from some therapy veterans (and professionals) about some things to prepare before my appointment.
