LEARN ABOUT ADHD
There are many sources on the internet that I have used to better understand myself, and find a sense of belonging and acceptance.
As I find new sources of information that I enjoy, I'm going to post them here so that anyone who wants to better understand me, themselves, or someone in their lives with ADHD has a place to start.
I am also including some links to depression, anxiety and overall mental health as I found those helpful as well.
